Upright Rows

Triceps - Rope Cable Extensions
15 x 12.5kg
12 x 15kg
10 x 17.5kg
8 x 20kg
6 x 22.5kg
Dumbbell Overhead Raise
3 x 10 x 18kg
Great workout this morning, finished in just under 50 minutes and blood was pumping after. Run & HIIT tomorrow.
